PURPOSE: An upright drilling machine is provided to rapidly and precisely match a center point of a hole of an object to be processed with a center point of a perforating member by resetting the perforating member and a conveying table to an initial position when the perforation work is finished. CONSTITUTION: A vertical conveying rail(3) having a rectangular shape is fixed to a front of an upper body(2). A drill body(5) equipped with a drill blade(4) is movably coupled to the vertical conveying rail(3). The drill body(5) is connected to a gear section(10) through a screw(6) and is moved up and down by a longitudinal conveying handle(12) which is connected to the gear section(10) through a rotating shaft(11). A fixing die(22) having a guide rail(21) at an upper portion thereof is installed at the lower body(20). A conveying table(25) including an index(23) and a lower chuck(24) is movably coupled to an upper surface of the fixing die(22).
