PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching tool to a seat capable increasing the degree of freedom of the tool attaching positions and reducing production cost. SOLUTION: This attaching tool 13 to the seat is so constituted that a pair of engaging parts 14a, 14c which engage respectively with two approaching spring wires 13a, 13b in the seat and at least the spring wire 13a is slidable inside the one engaging part 14a.
