PURPOSE: A two-way hands-free device using an infrared diode is provided to prevent a howling phenomenon and easily process incoming and origination, and to use a two-way hands-free wireless ear set applying the infrared diode capable of keeping a secret. And the device can be used for a long time only with a mercury battery having low power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In a transmission part, a cellular phone receives voice signals. An audio AMP amplifies signal frequency. A voltage to frequency converter generates sawtooth wave signals. A pulse generator converts the sawtooth wave signals into pulse signals. And an LED(Light Emitted diode) transceives modulation signals. In a receiving part, a photo diode receives the modulation signals. A current to voltage AMP amplifies the modulation signals. A pulse discriminator removes noise. A frequency to voltage converter converts frequency into voltage. A low pass filter removes carrier wave. An audio AMP amplifies signals of carrier wave. And an earphone outputs voice signals.
