PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the length of a lever to a position easy to operate. SOLUTION: A lever piece 11, which is supported on a main body 2 of device by a lever shaft 14 so as to be rotated, is divided into a lever shaft side piece 12 and a grip side piece 13 between the lever shaft 14 and a grip 16, the grip side piece 13 is mounted while being fitted with the lever shaft side piece 12 so as to be elongated/contracted in an axial direction, and a guide pin 21 protruded from the grip side piece 13 is guided by a guide groove 20 formed on the lever shaft side piece 12.
