PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic not only having excellent sebum-controlling effects but also having excellent sense of use. SOLUTION: This sebum-controlling cosmetic comprises (A) two or more kinds of inorganic powders having different average particle diameters or oil absorptions, (B) a water-soluble polymer and (C) a polyhydric alcohol.
