Provided is a liquid cooling cold plate comprising: a cold plate substrate (402), main flow channels installed on the cold plate substrate (402), and multi-stage branch flow channels installed on the cold plate substrate (402). The main flow channels comprise cold plate liquid transfer segments (401) connected with an external cold source outlet, and cold plate liquid reflux segments (410) connected with an external cold source inlet. The multi-stage branch flow channels are connected between the cold plate liquid transfer segments (401) and the cold plate liquid reflux segments (410). The multi-stage branch flow channels comprise multi-stage cascade parallel-connected flow channels. The multi-stage branch flow channels comprise a plurality of groups of multi-stage cascade parallel-connected flow channels connected in parallel. The multi-stage branch flow channels comprise a plurality of groups of multi-stage cascade parallel-connected flow channels connected in series. The flow channels of the cold plate can be arranged in an intensive manner, thereby ensuring uniform flow velocity distribution of each flow channel, so as to ensuring consistent heat radiation capability of each position of the cold plate. |
