摘要 construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: offered separate grade crossing of main traffic arteries is applicable in designs of crossings of main traffic arteries one of which running in tunnel under the other traffic artery in complicated mining and geological conditions, including vases of presence in tunnel base of loose watered grounds; and construction of tunnel without interruption of traffic in overlying artery. In separate grade crossing of main traffic arteries one of which is railroads runs above the other - motor road passed in tunnel with lining consisting of trough, walls and roofing, exterior protective screen from long members and located from tunnel outside zone of ground consolidated by injection under tunnel base. Novelty consists in that, zone of ground consolidated by injection is made in form of reinforced structure from system formed from solidifying material, or from ground impregnated with this material in form of reinforcing pear-shaped bodies, and/or mutually intersecting layers, and/or injection piles. The latter are located, at least, under tunnel base, or under part of it. Protective screen is made over entire perimeter of tunnel and reinforced with frames from the internal side located discretely over tunnel length. At least, one part of pile caps or additional members located in them cross the screen are introduced into body of tunnel trough into which lower sections of frames are introduced. They are concreted to form foundation mat of tunnel pile base together with section of screen and trough body. Technical result provided by the invention consists in increase of safety and reliability of crossing structure, both, and stage of erection and stage of operation due to its construction allowing performance of work for tunnel construction as a part of crossing without interruption of traffic in overlying main traffic artery and exclusion of deformation of day surface exceeding permissible values, that is of prim importance in dense housing system of city, and complicated mining and geological conditions efficiency of structure due to formation of jointly operating single spatial steel reinforcedconcrete structure including protective screen, its supporting frames and lining material, and also reinforced pipe base of tunnel and solidification of ground by injection.
