PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll staple cartridge allowing a band to be drawn with small force. SOLUTION: In this capable cartridge, a freely opening and closing cover 2 formed for loading with a roll staple 20 having a drawing band 21 and with the cover 2 closed, the leading end of the band 21 is drawn from the tip part 11 of the cover 2 to rotate a roll staple 20 for supplement in a staple loading chamber 6 and guide the head part 20a thereof to a guide part 12. The inner peripheral surface 2a of the staple loading chamber 6 is provided with a roll abutting part 10 spanning a pressure sensitive adhesive part A to which a pressure sensitive adhesive is applied to inhibit contact between the pressure sensitive adhesive agent and the inner peripheral surface 2a and support and rotate the roll staple positioned on both sides of the pressure sensitive adhesive agent part A.
