PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber keeping excellent adhesion even when exposed to hot steam. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane represented by the formulae: HO(SiR12O)nH and/or (R2O)3-mR1mSiO(SiOR12O)nSiR1m(OR2)3-m (wherein R1 is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbyl group; R2 is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbyl group; n is an integer of at least 10; and m is independently an integer of 0 or 1), (B) a silane compound bearing in one molecule at least two hydrolyzable groups bonded to a silicon atom with the other group bonded to the silicon atom being a group selected among methyl, ethyl, propyl, vinyl and phenyl groups and/or a partial hydrolyzate thereof and (C) an organic silicon compound represented by the formula: (RO)pR13-pSiR3NHR4NH2 (wherein R1 and R2 are the same as above; R3 is a 1-10C divalent hydrocarbyl group; R4 is a 7-10C divalent hydrocarbyl group containing an aromatic ring; p is an integer of 1-3; and at least one of the NH group and the NH2 group is not directly bonded to the aromatic ring of R4).
