PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating elastomer composition giving a sheet which has heat radiating properties comparable to those of a heat radiating sheet made by dispersing metal powders in a silicone rubber, has sufficient electrical insulating properties and can be recycled, and a heat radiating sheet made from the composition. SOLUTION: The heat radiating elastomer composition contains (A) a thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting of (a) 100 pts.wt. styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, (b) 1-100 pts.wt. propylene homopolymer and/or propylene copolymer comprising mainly propylene, and (c) 30-500 pts.wt. paraffinic oil, and (B) a metal compound powder. The heat radiating sheet is made from the composition.
