PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed type setup container wherein the operation is simple, an internal bag is not required, a rubber packing for sealing is hardly damaged, and the sealing property and the opening/closing operability of a shutter for a bottom section hopper discharging port are favorable. SOLUTION: Right and left side plates, and front and rear side plates are respectively turnably erected within a bottom metal frame 23 with pins which are provided at the lower sections of respective side plates as shafts. As soon as the side plates are erected, metal frame packings 17 and 22 of the side plates come into contact with the internal surfaces of a lower metal frame, and the sealability is retained. The bonding/releasing between an upper lid and the side plates, and the side plates with each other is done by latch locks 5 and 10. The packing for sealing is not damaged by abrasion when this container is set up. By attaching a packing comprising two layers formed of a flexible elastic body and a slippery rigid elastic body to a container lower bottom discharging port, the operability, the durability and the sealability are imparted to the shutter 36 which slidably opens/closes the discharging port.
