PURPOSE: An EC(Electric Commerce) certification system using a wireless Internet terminal is provided to reconfirm a voice password of user at the time of card payment after selecting the desired goods by connecting to an Internet site of a shopping mall, a bank and a security company after pre-registering the voice password to a voice password confirmation system. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a member registering a voice password, the user contracting with the shopping mall, bank and security company wanting the voice password confirmation, the user using the shopping mall, bank and security company by connecting to the contracting Internet site(S1), a communication network company judging a card after the user selects the goods and payment tool and inputs a card number and validity period(S2-S6), the Internet site paying the card price after confirming the identification by connecting the member information to the voice password confirmation system in case of requesting a voice password confirmation(S7,S8), and receiving the charge for a confirmation from the contracting company.
