PURPOSE: A separated type waste heat recovering apparatus is provided to increase a heat recovering efficiency of a waste hot water by increasing a heat friction coefficient through a plate for separating a flow of the waste hot water and two plates for fixing a heat exchanging pipe. CONSTITUTION: A waste hot water drained from a bathhouse is supplied to a tank through a waste hot water inlet and drained into a waste hot water outlet. The waste hot water is circulated to a heat exchanging pipe. A heat media absorbs a heat of the waste hot water, and a heat absorbed at the heat media is reused as a heating source for heating the other water. A plate for separating a flow of a waste hot water and plates for fixing a heat exchange pipe is installed a separated type waste heat recovering apparatus in order to prevent a damage of the heat exchange pipe.
