PURPOSE: Specific egg yolk antibody(IgY) against Salmonella is provided, which can be effectively used in the prevention, treatment and diagnosis of Salmonella infection. CONSTITUTION: The specific IgY against Salmonella is prepared by introducing the flagella protein of Salmonella into an animal to induce immunization, and separating antibodies from the serum or egg yolk of the immunized animal, in which the Salmonella is Salmonella enteritidis or Salmonella typhimurium, the animal is a hen. The Salmonella antibody containing egg is obtained from an animal immunized with the flagella protein of Salmonella, in which the Salmonella is Salmonella enteritidis or Salmonella typhimurium, the animal is a hen. |
