Data representing the residual quality of the product is gathered from the conception site, then is transmitted in a telecommunication network. Correlation between the order and the availability of the product is analyzed. There is a measuring unit (3,5,6) comprising a sensor (3) submerged in a tank (1). The sensor is linked to the data transmission unit in order to transfer data (10) the sensor captured to a server (17) with a database. The data is transferred in the form of an SMS on a mobile phone network via a reception unit (14,15,16) comprising a GSM modem. |
