PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a surface to be cleaned which includes large ruggedness by bringing the tacky adhesive sheet of a tacky adhesive roll into contact with the entire part of this surface at all times. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive roll 20 of the cleaner 10 formed by rotatably supporting the tacky adhesive roll 20 at an operating member 11 is constituted by winding the tacky adhesive sheet 21 which is elongatable and deformable around a flexible core 22.
