PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an X-ray diagnostic imaging instrument for collecting sensitivity information to correct the sensitivity of each channel without radiating an X-ray detector with X-rays. SOLUTION: The collection of sensitivity information of each channel in the X-ray detector 3 which is used for correcting the sensitivity of an image read from the detector 3 when the X-rays are irradiated is started by transmitting a signal for starting the collection of sensitivity information from an operation table 12 to a sensitivity information collection control means 11. The control means 11 transmits a calibration light irradiation start signal to a calibration light control means 10 and the control means 10 controls a calibration light irradiating means 9 so as to irradiate the inner side of the X-ray detector 3 with a light by desired strength. Thus, image information outputted from the X-ray detector 3 is stored in a sensitivity information storage means 5 as sensitivity information so that sensitivity information is collected without irradiating the detector 3 with the X-rays.
