PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance versatility of a navigation processing part, to reduce a communication quantity between the navigation processing part and an automatic transmission control part and a processing quantity of the automatic transmission control part, and to reduce a cost of a vehicle driving force control device. SOLUTION: This vehicle driving force control device is provided with a travel environment recognizing processing means 91 for recognizing a travel environment, a travel environment information transmitting processing means 92 for transmitting travel environment information to the automatic transmission control part 12, a recommending transmission ratio calculating processing means 93 for calculating the recommending transmission ratio on the basis of the travel environment information, an optimal transmission ratio calculating processing means 94 for calculating the optimal transmission ratio on the basis of the recommending transmission ratio, and a shift control processing means 95 for controlling a shift on the basis of the optimal transmission ratio.
