PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read and utilize data merely by authorized users and terminals, without requiring complicated encryption key controls. SOLUTION: In a distribution server 30, data to be distributed are encoded for transmission. In a client terminal 10, received data are decoded by a common key which is specific to the user and client terminal 10 for reading and utilizing. Then, in a proxy relay server 20, the encoded data are received from the distribution server 30 for decoding, and the decoded data are encoded by the common key specific to the user and client terminal 10 for transmitting to the client terminal 10. |
