<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional technique where the preparation of handwritten forms such as a cashbook and the transmission thereof to a host after everyday accounting limit the time zone of the transmission of each store because an enterprise having many stores processes at a time the data that the stores transmit thereto. SOLUTION: This system forms a transfer slip as an original slip on an electronic sheet, and encodes account titles, payee names, customer names, names of persons in charge, department names and the like all necessary for accounting. The system is programmed so that an input of a processing date, a handled item, a debit title code, an amount spent, a credit title code and the like to the transfer slip on the electronic sheet displays names related to the codes, and that with the use of the codes input into the transfer slip, a selection on another electronic sheet from codes corresponding respectively to a cashbook, a bankbook, a trial balance, a balance sheet, an income statement, a general ledger, a subsidiary book, an expenditure statement and the like displays data on the selected part.</p> |
