PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide business management material and business support information from which a customer can sufficiently extract information and sufficiently utilize the information, about which the information can be sufficiently exchanged between the customer and a specialist and which can be truly utilized. SOLUTION: This business management support system consists of a client device 1 existing at the customer, a client device 2 existing at the specialist and a server device 4 connecting the client devices 1 and 2 through a network 3. The server device 4 performs a shared program to prepare material needed to manage business on the basis of business data given from the customer through the network 3 and transmits the material to the customer through the network 3. The customer and the specialist are connected through the network 3, and the server device 4 extracts or prepares information effective to support the business independently or through information exchange between the customer and the specialist and provides the customer with the information through the network 3.
