<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internet educational service system, in which an educational institution is released from technical works and a participant can be given detailed care comparable to collective education. SOLUTION: An education service performing institution 2 computerizes teaching materials received from the educational institution 1 on a paper base and prepares teaching materials contents. Education advertisement, invitation of a participant 3, contract with the participant, transmission of teaching materials contents, performance of test, question/consultation reception from the participant and partial answering are performed via the Web and e-mail. The institution 2 further retrieves databases 23 and 25 with regard to the answer and question/consultation of a test received from the participant 3 by the Web and the e-mail, answers the question when a hit is made; and when a mishit is made, the institution 1 that has prepared the teaching materials 11 on the paper base is requested for answer by e-mail. The institution 1 sends the answer to the participant 3 and the institution 2 by e-mail, and the institution 2 that has received the answer registers the answer in the databases 23 and 25.</p> |
