<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for sharing nursing care related information, distributing knowledge and performing an education/training information providing service by supporting optimum operations of a public insurance of eldery care system via IT and also realizing the supply of necessities, equipment and device or the like necessary to nursing care at a minimum cost. SOLUTION: This system, comprising a terminal unit of a nursing care provider, a terminal unit of a nursing care necessities provider, terminal units of a local public entity and an insurance company providing nursing care insurance, a terminal unit of a financial institution performing loan and settlement of nursing care expenses, a terminal unit of a nursing care performer and a nursing care business supporting device that can be connected to the respective terminal units via the Internet, is provided with a call center means, a business processing service providing means for providing a business database, a batch order/delivery managing means, a batch lease managing means, a recycling mediating means, a nursing care business knowledge/information distributing means and an education service providing means.</p> |
