PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat sliding structure capable of securing mounting dimensional precision and a long longitudinal shift amount between a seat and a sliding rail and improving accessibility to a vehicle floor and appearance. SOLUTION: In this sliding rail structure allowing longitudinal shift of the set to the vehicle floor, the sliding rail 4 consisting of a lower rail 8 and an upper rail 7 is previously mounted to the seat 2, while a groove 14 longer than the lower rail 8 is formed longitudinally in a floor panel 9 constituting the vehicle floor face. Inside the groove 14, an extension 15 is arranged with the lower rail 8 continuously to the lower rail 8. The upper rail 7 is slid inside the lower rail 8 and the extension 15.
