PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily incorporate an observing means having directivity in a state where the means is correctly positioned at a prescribed position in a rotary direction to a tip hard part which is connected to an angle part when an insertion part disposed in a main body operation part is assembled. SOLUTION: The connection ring 24 of an external unit 20, a tip part main body 32 arranged as an illumination system unit 30 and a mirror cylinder 42 constituting an observation system unit 40 are incorporated one over another. A light guide 31 fixed to the tip part main body 32 is provided with grooves 33a and 33b in the upper and lower positions and the projecting lines 43a and 43b of the mirror cylinder 42 are inserted to the grooves 33a and 33b. A through-hole 51 is bored in the connection ring 24, the tip part main body 32 is provided with the pin insertion hole 53 of the projected line 43a, which is disposed in the mirror cylinder 42, and, then, a fixing pin 50 is fitted. Then the observing means is connected so as to be immovable in both rotary and axial directions.
