PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper receiving member, which can prevent the damage of a tunnel internal surface due to a sleeper and the cost of which is reduced, stabilizing the built sleeper. SOLUTION: When the H-shaped or I-shaped cross sectional sleeper 2 with flanges 2A and 2B and a web 2C tying the flanges is installed in the cross direction of a tunnel 1, the sleeper receiving members 10 interposed among both ends sections 2a and 2a in the longitudinal direction of the sleeper 2 and the internal surface 1a of the tunnel 1 have pipe bodies 11 with axial opening sections 11a and circumferential opening sections 11b continuing to the opening sections 11a and tabular bodies 12 unified with the pipe bodies 11, the lower flange 2B is inserted into the axial opening sections 11a and the web 2C into the circumferential opening sections 11b, and the tabular bodies 12 are applied to the internal surface 1a of the tunnel.
