PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor board for a turnout, in which the quantity of the lowering of the strength of the floor board is reduced extremely and which has excellent sliding properties without substantially lowering durability. SOLUTION: A tongue-rail sliding section 3 is installed in the floor-board longitudinal direction adjacent to a basic rail receiving section 2. A part of the tongue-rail sliding section 3 is notched, a self-lubricating plate 14 is mounted on the notched section, and the top face 5 of the self-lubricating plate 4 is projected slightly from the top face 6 of the tongue-rail sliding section 3.
