PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an elcatonin-containing preparation obtained by filling an elcatonin-containing solution which includes elcatonin and an organic acid buffering ingredient as effective components in a glass container treated by a metal oxide. SOLUTION: Since this elcatonin-containing preparation has excellent shaking stability and is extremely stable against heat, its activity can be kept even under a severe application condition presumed in a production or distribution process. Further, since it is possible to radically suppress the occurrence of flakes by which insoluble particulates are to be generated, the preparation has high stability.
