PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an adverse influence is exerted upon a person wearing a pacemaker or the like since the high frequency of comparatively large power is outputted when a portable telephone is used in congestion such as in the train. SOLUTION: A wireless LAN environment is constructed by interposing a repeater station 12 between a base station 11 and a portable terminal 13, communication is performed between the repeater station 12 and the portable terminal 13 in the high frequency of smaller output compared with the case between the base station 11 and the portable terminal 13. Further, inside the wireless LAN environment, communication between the repeater station 12 and the portable terminal 13 is dealt more preferentially compared with communication between the base station 11 and the portable terminal 13. |
