<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for accident information of machinery and equipment capable of grasping the progress of accident settlement, classifying the accident information, and searching it instantaneously. SOLUTION: When accident details from a customer are inputted into an accident detailed list format displayed on a display 1, the inputted information is stored in an accident detailed file in a storage unit 3, and the data in the accident detailed file is updated when necessary. The data in the accident detailed file is forwarded to a failure settlement division through a communication network 4, and the failure settlement method information corresponding to the above accident is inputted by the failure settlement division from a countermeasure list format, and stored in a position corresponding to the accident detail in a countermeasure file in the storage unit 3.</p> |
