<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for confirming/informing safety in which burden being imposed on a member or the persons concerned for confirming safety is lessened by making possible for the member or the persons concerned to browse, inform or receive the confirmation results on a personal computer or a portable terminal through internet. SOLUTION: In the home of a member equipped with a sensor connected with a public line network and detecting presence of a person, a monitor for informing presence, absence or an emergency state and a telephone, and a center station equipped with a PBX for connecting a terminal through which an operator can receive a telephone call and a telephone with the public network, a DB server having member information and map information and a Web mail server which enables to browse a safety confirmation record through the public line network, safety of a member is confirmed by providing means for automatically informing a date when an operator communicates with the home of the member and confirms safety to the operator, and means for making possible to confirm presence, absence of the member in the home and emergency call through the telephone line.</p> |
