<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the fare of a taxi in advance. SOLUTION: Map information for searching a route is stored in a map information database 101. Traffic information is obtained by a traffic information input part 107. In a central control part 104, a route from an inputted starting spot to a destination spot is searched on the basis of the stored map information, and a distance system fare is computed from travel distance obtained from the route. A time-distance combined system fare is computed from the travel speed of the route obtained from the traffic information of the route, and the fare is predicted from each computed fare.</p> |
