PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an objective evaluations of effectiveness of management measures by performing management evaluation from various angles based on financial evaluation information and customer evaluation information. SOLUTION: This management evaluation system comprises a category storage part 22c of storing a plurality of comparative categories as a criterion for evaluation, a main server 20 of acquiring comparative categories selected from the financial evaluation information from a financial evaluation information providing server 40 connected to a communication network 11 and the customer evaluation information from a customer evaluation information server 50 which are connected with a communication line and a plurality of comparable categories, a processing part 23 of developing evaluation data based on the financial evaluation information and the customer evaluation information with the comparable categories as the criterion for evaluation.
