PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the labor accompanied by the correction of the insurance used by a patient of inputting again the consultation data to be corrected by use of new insurance information and starting again from the calculation of medical expenses. SOLUTION: This device comprises a patient database for registering insurance information for patient, an account database for registering at least the expense to be shared by the patient itself, and a correcting means for correcting the insurance information of the patient database. The correcting means comprises a control means for additionally registering new insurance information obtained by correcting the registered insurance information with an application start date and correcting the consultation data using the previous insurance to a new insurance kind on and after the application start date of the new insurance according to the correction of the registered insurance information.
