<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hierarchy modulated broadcasting receiving device capable of receiving information hierarchically transmitted by a plurality of modulation systems on stable conditions. SOLUTION: A digital television broadcasting receiver 1 is provided with an antenna 2 for receiving the hierarchically transmitted hierarchy modulation information, LNB 2, demodulation part 5 for respectively demodulating the received hierarchy modulation information inside a set-top box 4 corresponding to respective hierarchies, hierarchy modulation transition point generating part 10 for generating timing to transit a plurality of hierarchy modulation information receiving states corresponding to demodulated information by respectively changing them in the case of transition to each of hierarchies, DEMUX (separator part) 6 for switching and outputting any one of a plurality of hierarchy modulation broadcasting information at generated transition timing, decoder part 9, monitor 12 and speaker 13 for reproducing the switched and outputted hierarchy modulation broadcasting information.</p> |
