PURPOSE: Provided are a high viscosity polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) resin composition which is excellent in productivity and compression moldability and suitable for optic fiber coated tube, and an optic fiber-coated tube produced from the same. CONSTITUTION: The PBT resin composition is prepared by adding 0.003-0.01 parts by weight of tin compound represented by formula 1, 0.005-0.02 parts by weight of siloxane based compound represented by formula 2, and phosphorus compound represented by formula 3 to 100 parts by weight of polybutylene terephthalate resin composition. In the formulas, R1 represents hydrogen atom or linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C4, R2 to R4, which are same or different, are hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, alkyl group of C1-C10, alkoxyl group or phenyl group, R5 to R7, which are the same or different, are hydrogen atom or alkyl group of C1-C10, n is an integer of 10-100, R8 represents hydrogen atom or linear or branched alkyl group of C1-C4, R9 represents methylene group or ethylene group, and M represents sodium, potassium or lithium. |
