PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which enables us to input conditions to retake images easily when lost images occur. SOLUTION: An image processing system is equipped with a device to produce X-ray images, a device for image processing with a function to input patient's information and a function to perform a prescribed image processing on an X-ray image produced by the device to produce X-ray images, an outside storage device which is connected to the device for image processing and stores the processed X-ray image correlated with the patient's information, and a device to display images. The image processing system has a function to make a copy of imaging items including at least the patient's information and imaging information on the X-ray image when the device for image processing receives an indication that a certain X-ray image is lost.
