PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing birds from flying and coming, which can simply be attached to or detached from even an outdoor high place or the like. SOLUTION: This device for preventing birds from flying and coming, comprises a pair of bases 30 and a multi-needled member 20 spun between the bases 30. The multi-needled member 20 comprises a bar-like cylinder 10 as a support shaft and plural needle-like members having plural needle-like projections 22 and attached to the cylinder 10 at prescribed distances. The bases 30 are provided with ring-like permanent magnets 31, respectively.
