PURPOSE: A digital generator is provided to reduce cost and size and control automatically and precisely all strokes by forming the generator as a digital unit. CONSTITUTION: A digital generator comprises a power supply(A) for supplying power, a controller(B) for controlling motion of the generator, and a display(C) for displaying a current, a voltage and a frequency of the generator. The controller(B) includes a voltage/current detector(10), a processor(20), an external control mode(30) and an engine(40). The analog output signals of the current/voltage detector(10) are connected to the input ports of the processor(20). The output signals of the external control mode(30) and the engine(40) are connected to the input ports of the processor(20). The output port of the processor(20) is connected to an A/D converter. The digital output signals of the A/D converter are inputted to the display(C). The display(C) includes a voltage meter of four segment devices, and a frequency meter and a current meter of three segment devices.
