PURPOSE: A parking brake for a heavy construction equipment, added by a service brake function is provided to perform the parking or braking by using the combined service and parking brake by substituting an electric solenoid valve with an oil flow ratio control valve. CONSTITUTION: A parking brake for a heavy construction equipment, added by a service brake function includes an oil flow ratio control valve(12) for controlling a flow ratio of oil a hydraulic line supplied by an additional main pump(13) toward an axle instead of electric solenoid valve, a hand brake set(11) for easily controlling the oil flow ratio control valve in a driver's seat, and a pull cable(14) connecting the oil flow ratio control valve to the hand brake set.
