PURPOSE: An exponential function occurrence circuit is provided to obtain stable output signal by standard CMOS process. CONSTITUTION: The circuit consists of an electric current mirror part(31), the first linear amplifier part(32), the second linear amplifier part(33) and an accumulation part(34). The first linear amplifier generates the first electric current, which is proportioned to the control voltage. The second amplifier generates the second electric current, which is proportioned to the control voltage when the voltage is higher. The electric current mirror part generates the same electric currents as the first linear amplifier and the second linear amplifier. The accumulation part adds up the first electric current and the second electric current and generates amplifier control signal. The signal is the almost same as the exponential function. |
