PREVENTING MEASURE SYSTEM, METHOD FOR PREDICTION AND PREVENTION MEASURE OF WIND SOUND COMPLAINT CAUSED BY AERIAL TRANSMISSION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively predict presence of complaints caused by wind sound and prevent the wind sound complaints caused by an aerial transmission line. SOLUTION: This system comprises: a wind sound level and background noise level calculation step S1 that calculates wind sound level generated under the condition where an aerial transmission line exists, and background noise level generated without an electric wire; a compliant occurrence prediction step S2 that compares a value of a level difference between wind sound level and background noise level with a predetermined threshold, then when the value of the level difference is more than the threshold the presence of compliant occurrence is predicted and when the value of the level difference is smaller than the threshold the absence of complaint occurrence is predicted; and a measure selecting step that selects a suitable wind sound preventing measure on the point from a plurality of wind sound prevention measures being acquainted of its fitness in the case the presence of complaint occurrence is predicted, thereby sensitively specifying the really necessary point and a kind of measure.
