摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit line observation device capable of allowing the optical axis of a camera to roughly agree with the center axis of a conduit line, equalizing the distance from a lens to the inner circumferential surface of the conduit line, utilizing effectively the depth of field of the lens, widening an effective photographing range, and preventing swing of an image in spite of running of a mobile machine. SOLUTION: In this conduit line observation device, a disc 18 equipped with a pendulum mechanism 17 is installed rotatably on the front end center axis of a running body 11 for observing the inside of the conduit line 10, and a braking means of pendulum motion is interposed between the running body 11 and the disc 18, and a CCD camera is installed directly or indirectly on the same axis in front of the disc 18. The braking means of the pendulum motion is formed by utilizing the attraction force of a magnet 24 or the resistance of a fluid. A conduit line observation means is a lens-barrel 21 wherein the lens 20 is supported inside and an image processing board 19 is installed on the rear end, and the image processing board 19 converts a formed image into a digital electric signal.</p>
