<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly ship necessary number of cases from a pallet unit storage division and a case unit storage division without securing stock in the case unit storage division nor confirming availability of space for receiving surplus cases each time in shipping articles in case unit. SOLUTION: In a picking method of shipping cases from the pallet unit storage division 20 and the case unit storage division 30, for cases of same kind of articles, necessary numbers O of cases are shipped out from the case unit storage division 30 when stock quantity P in the case unit storage division 30 is greater than total shipping number O, whole numbers of stock quantity P in the case unit storage division 30 are shipped and insufficient number (O-P) is calculated and rounded up in pallet layer unit number and cases of the calculated layer number are picked from the pallet unit storage division 20 to ship insufficient number (O-P) when stock quantity P in the case unit storage division 30 is less than total shipping number O. The surplus cases are received in the case unit storage division 30 after shipment.</p> |
