FLASH FIXABLE COLOR TONER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toner for flash fixation capable of forming a clear color image while improving fixability. SOLUTION: The flash fixable color toner contains a variable hue colorant whose hue is varied by irradiation with flash light. This variable hue colorant is a compound of formula (2) having a hue liable to absorb light energy, e.g. when irradiation with light is carried out and it is converted to a compound of formula (1) having a hue capable of constituting a color image after fixation.
