<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large number of reply of a questionnaire at a low cost when executing the questionnaire through a communication network. SOLUTION: A top page editor unit 22 edits a separate Web page corresponding to a specified user, and the edited Web page is provided to an information terminal operated by that user. In response to a request to provide the separate Web page sent from the information terminal operated by the user, an item selecting unit 23 selects questions for the questionnaire on the basis of the questionnaire item information 32 and the questionnaire managing information 33 read out from a DB server 30, and a communication unit 11 transmits the selected question to the network 4, while addressing to the information terminal. When a reply sent from the information terminal in response to the information showing this question is received, an application control unit 21 delivers the edited Web page to a WWW server 10 to start to provide it to the user.</p> |
