SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING HOUSE DIAGNOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person in charge to obtain appropriate diagnosis results just by judging the present situation without being aware of the importance or the difference of urgency for every part in diagnosing a house on the site. SOLUTION: This evaluation system is provided with a step for inputting the diagnosis results of a small item performed by the person in charge of the site and a step for obtaining a diagnosis value fitting each item by reading the coefficient value of each small item from a coefficient value table stored in a storing means in advance and multiplying the criterion of the inputted diagnosis results by the coefficient value.
