<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically discriminating the truth of a traffic ticket for expressway or the like. SOLUTION: A microwave is emitted to a traffic ticket by use of a gun oscillator to detect the presence of a conductive fiber of prescribed length contained in the ticket, whereby the truth of the ticket is discriminated. As the conductive fiber, stainless steel, gold, silver, iron, copper, and aluminum 10-100μm in diameter and 2-10 mm in length, or fibers with these evaporated thereon are preferably used. The content of the conductive fiber in the ticket is set to 0.01-5 g/m2.</p> |
