PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precious-metal trinket and a manufacturing method therefor, which permit different precious-metal raw materials to be infilled into a hollow main body for the purpose of adding cost competitiveness to a product, enable the provision of the easy-to-use product coming into favorable contact with a person's skin, and enable an arbitrary pattern, etc., to be easily formed in a desired position, a desired size, or the like by using the plural precious-metal raw materials. SOLUTION: This precious-metal trinket is provided with the hollow main body 1 of the precious-metal trinket which is formed with a recess 2 by means of precious metal or a precious-metal alloy, and a filled part 3 which is cast in the recess 2 of the main body 1 and composed of the precious metal or the precious-metal alloy different from the main body 1.
