PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the distortion of an image transferred from an image carrier. SOLUTION: The image carrier 1 driving device for driving the cylindrical image carrier 1 to rotate it is provided with a driven member 4 which is constituted by integrally forming a gear part 2 with formed engagement teeth 2a with a swelling part 3 having an outside diameter equal to the pitch circle PC of the gear part 2 and swelling from the side part of the gear part 2, and also, the swelling part 3 is engaged with a recessed part 1a having an inside diameter equal to the outside diameter of the swelling part 3 and formed in the side part of the image carrier 1. |
